Mansformation Mastermind– Mansformers will get together periodically to share their experiences and learn from each other so you’ll never feel alone and you’ll know exactly what every guy is going through. Hearing “the struggles” from someone else can be just the thing to help you break through your own.
“Anti-Cardio” Training– The days of mind-numbingly long and boring cardio sessions on the treadmill are long gone. We incorporate strength training and high intensity intervals, so you will be able to maximize your results and save the spinning classes for the women!

Access To ALL Training Sessions- We do our Strength Training on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 6:15 p.m. You will have access to these, as well as ALL of our regular Boot Camp sessions, which are held at 6 am, 9 am, and 5:30 pm. So you get a great mix of strength training and conditioning to help you become the best version of yourself.
