Celebrating your WINS!
Believe it or not,
we have a tendency to NOT celebrate when we accomplish, well, anything.
Particularly when it comes to fat loss.
Maybe you had a goal to lose 20 pounds, but only lost 10.
However, your clothes fit better, friends are taking notice, and you are no longer the same person you were when you started.
It’s easy to forget how far we have come.
I do it all the time.
When shit hits the fan and stress starts eating away at us, looking back at everything we have accomplished seems nearly impossible.
But it’s those times that it is most important to celebrate where we are and how far we have come.
Otherwise, we just become miserable turds walking around sulking in our current frustrations and anxieties.
