Here at Fit Fast, our group training program is, what you might call, unconventional.
We are a group of individuals who defy the traditional “gym” model and live by a code that is, for lack of a better term, different.
Back in 2010 when our Boot Camp was created, we wanted to create an atmosphere where folks could not only come get a kick ass workout, but actually have FUN doing it!
Over the years is has evolved into the BEST fitness program for people in NE Ohio who enjoy working hard and playing HARDER.
Ball busting, not-so-occasional swearing, and plenty of shenanigans are typical at EVERY session. Hell, we have even been known to hit up the bar next door to enjoy a few adult beverages and keep the party going after our sessions.
The “military style”, meathead in a tank top, yell in your face and do burpees until you wanna die type of training is banned.
And we have a 100% no douchebag policy. Only COOL people are allowed through the doors, which makes for an atmosphere that is second to none.
And not only do we ensure that ONLY cool people come in, we keep things SIMPLE. The last thing you need is some complicated, confusing training and nutrition program with big, fancy words and workouts that will just leave you pissed off and wanting to quit.
Simple, easy to follow, and FAST. That’s our model.

Simple, easy to follow nutrition plan that will allow you to drop 10-20 pounds in your first 4 weeks without counting calories or eating the same boring foods for every meal
Unlimited access to our convenient training times at 6:00 A.M., 9:00 A.M., and 5:30 P.M., and Saturdays at 9:00 A.M.
Pre programmed “cheat” days so you can enjoy wine, pizza, and chocolate and STILL keep losing weight
Fast, efficient workouts (45 minutes or less) so you can get a great workout in and still have plenty of time for kids games and events, your favorite happy hour, or just relaxing at home
Accountability and accessibility via emails, text, and phone calls to help keep you on track and get instant help if you ever have questions or those sneaky little “freak out” moments
A fun, motivating atmosphere with fellow Renegades(40-55 yr. old men and women) that will bust balls, but also motivate and encourage you. None of our members are super models or douchebags training in tanks and sports bras and they have ALL been where YOU are and understand what you are going through
Small class sizes (10 or less) that allow us to coach you so you will never feel confused or lost, even if you haven’t worked out in YEARS or are just getting started

FUN! No meatheads in tank tops yelling and making your life miserable for 45 minutes. As stated before, we like to laugh, bust chops, and actually ENJOY the workouts, which makes losing weight a heck of a lot easier when you can actually look forward to coming for a workout.
